a chamber
End-of-life planning is always wise, both from a financial point of view and as a thoughtful gesture to those you love. This is truer than ever with the forthcoming opening of Brightwater Memorial Park. With only 690 chambers to be made available in the two mausoleum buildings you may wish to make a purchase in the near future.
A chamber will not be included in the value of your Estate for Inheritance Tax purposes, giving you peace of mind that you are making a wise investment in your future legacy. Our team are on hand to answer any questions you may have.
The merits of
Advance planning
It is never too early to start thinking about your final resting place. Making arrangements in advance will not only help to ensure your wishes are met, but will relieve your family from being burdened with this task during an inevitably stressful time.
If you are interested in being interred alongside family members you may wish to consider purchasing multiple chambers to ensure that your future needs are met.
Prices and
Availability
As with all cemeteries and mausolea, when you purchase interment space you are not purchasing the place where you will be interred but the right to be interred there. This is a form of lease and options starting at a 20 year term up to a maximum of a 99 year term are available. The term will commence on the day of interment, or 20 years, whichever is the sooner. So by reserving in advance you will not only secure your chosen location, but will also fix the price at the current rate without your term reducing.
