It’s never too early to start thinking about your final resting place. Making arrangements in advance will not only help to ensure your desires are met, but will prevent your family from being burdened with this task during an inevitably stressful time.
If you are interested in being interred alongside family members you may want to consider purchasing multiple crypts to ensure that the mausoleum will be able to meet your needs.
As with all cemeteries and mausolea, when you purchase interment space you are not purchasing the place where you will be interred but the right to be interred there. This is a form of lease and 20, 50, 75 and 99 year lease options are available.
Once completed, Brightwater Memorial Park will consist of two mausoleum buildings containing a total of 690 crypts. The first of these is the Waterside Building, which contains 220 internal and externally facing crypts arranged over five levels. The Waterside Building is now open and available for viewing.
The first phase, consisting of 50 crypts in the Waterside Building, has now been released for sale. Prices are shown in the table below.
The purchase of a burial space does not qualify for VAT so the prices quoted above are fully inclusive.
There will also be a limited number of indoor and outdoor niches for the burial of cremated remains; prices available upon request.
Construction of the Hillside Building will commence soon. This building will provide 470 crypts. It will also include the option of a very limited number of bespoke family rooms that can be customised to meet the families’ specific requirements, including the number of desired crypts in the room, the layout and the internal finishing.
Prices for the Hillside Building have not yet been released but, owing to their limited availability, any interest should be registered at the earliest opportunity.
